Who We Are
Our Story
Sam’s Sun Bar began with one small, daydreamy thought while I was trying to find somewhere close to tan: “I wish we had one of those 24-hour spots where I could sneak in a session after work.” That tiny wish turned into something real… and less than five months later, Sam’s Sun Bar came to life.
The name comes from Sam — my little mini Australian shepherd who is basically the CEO of my world. And I’m Madi, a girl who’s always kept a quiet love for all things tanning tucked in her heart. I’ve always wanted to create something that feels warm, easy, and accessible… a place that fits into your life instead of the other way around.
I’ve been drawn to the idea of self-serve from the start. There’s something comforting about it — the privacy, the calm, the feeling of slipping into a space where you don’t have to worry about being judged or rushed. Just soft lighting, your own moment, and the chance to take care of yourself in a way that feels stress-free.
